The VarioFil® spinning plant is, compared to the VarioFil S®, available with more than one extruder.

• Can be configured to different yarn types (POY, FDY, HTY, LSY, HMY)
• Suitable for all customary spinning polymers (e.g. PP, PA, PET amongst others)
• Vertical construction for best yarn quality and productivity
• Use of high-quality components supplied by Oerlikon Barmag
• Production capacity of up to 2 x 120 kg/h or 1 x 240 kg/h (two or one extruders)
• 2 x 6, 2 x 8, 2 x 10, 2 x 2 x 3, 2 x 2 x 6 threads on two or four godets (according to product)

The VarioFil unit is not limited to using only one material or a particular process. Customised conversion packages allow the unit to be adjusted to the market requirements quickly and at reasonable rates.
