The concept of the VarioFil S® spinning plant was developed in order to achive maximum flexibility. VarioFil S® is the ideal production unit for manufacturers that have a wide range of products, small lot numbers or specialised products.

• Can be configured to different yarn types (POY, FDY, HTY, LSY, HMY)
• Suitable for all customary spinning polymers (e.g. PP, PA, PET amongst others)
• Vertical construction for best yarn quality and productivity
• Use of high-quality components supplied by  Oerlikon Barmag
• Production capacity of up to 1 x 170 kg/h (one extruder)
• 1 x 4, 2 x 4, 1 x 8, 2 x 8 threads on one or two godets (according to product)

The VarioFil S unit is not limited to using only one material or a particular process. Customised conversion packages allow the unit to be adjusted to the market requirements quickly and at reasonable rates.
